Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
** About the role
** If you’re passionate about helping others and are known for your excellent communication and people skills, we may be a good fit! As a Sales and Customer Service Agent, you’ll become a trusted advisor in helping Canadians protect the things they care about.

We’ll provide you with mentorship and training as you pursue your career goals, and your success will be recognized with our annual bonus plan and accelerated career path which will provide you with an opportunity for promotion after six months in the role.
** Your schedule:
** During training, meaning the few months, your schedule will be 35 hours/week:
* Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the first two months; and
* Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. 7 p.m. for the last month.

After training, you will work an evening schedule of 40 hours/week:
* Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., plus every fourth Saturday in rotation.
* As a bonus, you will receive a premium for all your evening shifts.

**** What you’ll do here:
*** Play a key role in providing customers with the best possible insurance coverage for their most valuable assets by advising them throughout the process and answering their questions about our products so they can make informed choices.
* Analyze customer needs, promote products and services, and propose innovative choices and solutions.
* Help home and auto insurance customers choose from the various insurance solutions offered.
* Contribute to the development of new initiatives and support their implementation.
** What you bring to the table:
*** At least one year of experience in a similar position.
* Strong team spirit, ability to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues on various projects.
* Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to empathize with others.
* ** You must speak French** - Requires answering calls and providing service to a French-speaking clientele on a regular basis
* Customer-driven approach and an eagerness to put your listening and advising skills to good use with customers.
* Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
* Strong computer skills and the ability to work on multiple systems simultaneously.
