Position: Store Manager | DIX 30

Provide the guidance and leadership for our sales team within an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an excellent customer and employee experience while achieving sales targets and promotional results for your store. Considered the leaders of our organization, Store Managers champion Urban Barn values through promoting respect, honesty, and fairness among our store teams.
This is achieved by inspiring, encouraging, and coaching our people to be their best. You work with the Regional Manager to ensure continued improvement of overall store performance in sales and culture.
Our stores are open daily and on weekends, so we are looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts and be present in our locations during peak customer times (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends).

What You Will Do:
Motivate your team to deliver the best customer experienceRecruit and retain the best talent for your store locationCommunicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedbackManage store merchandising, inventory, and shrinkLead and maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the storeGrow and manage the business within your community, representing the brand in a professional mannerWho You Are:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Sales ManagementExperience developing top sales teams and stretching individuals to their full potentialAbility to multi-task and collaborateAbility to effectively communicate – provide and receive feedback in the momentCommitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kgWhy Join Urban Barn:
