What You ll Do

• Assisting the Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a store
• Performing all store management functions in absence of Head Coach
• Coordinating and supervises the daily activities of business support staff
• Setting priorities for the team to ensure task complet ion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors
• Applying management skills to improve efficiency and accomplish operational objectives within own unit
• Recruiting and hiring top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environ ment
• Setting priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives
• Performing work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, and programs
• Preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities
• Communicating with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance

What We d Love To See

• Extensive retail experience including 2+ years experience in management
• Enthusiasm and passion about sports and / or sports fashion
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, and some overnights as required.

Ce Que Vous Ferez

• Assister le Responsable de Magasin (Head Coach) en gérant une ou plusieurs fonctions du magasin (ventes, marchandisage, opérations, comptabilité, etc.) ou en supervisant un étage/secteur particulier du magasin.
• Assurer toutes les fonctions de gestion du magasin en l’absence du Responsable de Magasin.
• Coordonner et superviser les activités quotidiennes du personnel de soutien à l’activité.
• Définir les priorités pour l’équipe afin d’assurer l’accomplissement des tâches et coordonner les activités de travail avec les autres superviseurs.
• Appliquer des compétences en gestion pour améliorer l’efficacité et atteindre les objectifs opérationnels au sein de votre unité.
• Recruter et embaucher des talents de premier plan pour garantir un environnement de travail diversifié et dynamique.
• Définir des priorités pour les employés afin qu’ils respectent les délais quotidiens; élaborer des plans pour atteindre les objectifs à court terme.
• Accomplir un travail en soutien aux plans de la marque; démontrer le lien entre le travail quotidien et la mission de l’entreprise; participer aux initiatives et programmes.
