WHO YOU ARE:

The Styling Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Mentor and lead a team of Stylists and Styling Coordinators.
  • Oversee daily workflow, scheduling, delegation, and performance development.
  • Conduct regular styling alignment meetings to ensure brand standards are consistently applied.
  • Present styling direction and campaign concepts to key stakeholders.
  • Develop seasonal styling direction and monthly trend decks to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain, evolve, and enforce brand styling guidelines across all channels.
  • Curate and select accessories, footwear, and handbags for all E-commerce and campaign shoots.
  • Review and approve mannequin looks sent to stores prior to each launch
  • Lead styling preparation for all content, marketing, and social shoots; oversee or supervise preparation for live-shopping and E-commerce shoots.
  • Troubleshoot styling challenges and maintain high-quality standards throughout the year.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and Producer and stylist on shoot concepts, planning, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, Design, and Buying teams to ensure all samples are available, organized, and prepared within deadlines.
  • Work with departments and Stylist so assortments and styles remain on-brand, relevant, and trend-forward for our customers.
  • Lead post-mortem meetings with Design, Fit, and Footwear teams to provide fit, quality, and styling feedback.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 3-5+ years of professional styling manager experience in retail, fashion, E-commerce, or editorial environments.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring stylists or styling teams.
  • Strong understanding of workflows for campaigns and E-commerce shoots.
  • Excellent knowledge of current trends, styling techniques, and fashion market dynamics.
  • Experience collaborating with Design, Buying, Merchandising, and Creative teams.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Post-secondary education in Fashion Styling, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, or related field (an asset).
  • Available to work 5 days in the office per week in Laval.
