En tant que spécialiste des pièces de carrosserie, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’atteinte des objectifs liés aux ventes et au service à la clientèle du magasin. Sous la supervision du gérant de magasin, vous serez responsable d’établir et de maintenir de bonnes relations avec nos clients en offrant un service courtois, efficace et professionnel. Vous soutiendrez l’ensemble des opérations du magasin de façon à respecter les normes rigoureuses de CMAX en matière de service à la clientèle et d’activités commerciales en préparant les commandes des clients et en traitant les retours.
