The ideal candidate:
DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in machine operation or machining techniques OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.Comfortable working with machines.Ability to read a measuring tape (imperial units).Good physical ability (50 lbs).Responsibility and autonomy.Your challenge
What does an operator do at Morgan Transit?
Read blueprints.Perform machine setup and shutdown for sheet metal bending.Measure pieces to be cut.Configure the machine for cutting adjustments.Cut various parts made of steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.Follow the company's health and safety rules and procedures.Perform all related tasks in compliance with the company's health and safety rules and procedures.I embark!
