Job Summary

Digital Print Expert at Staples Canada. This role is accountable for meeting quality standards in a print department, processing customer orders efficiently and accurately to maximize profitability, and providing high quality service. The position manages jobs from order entry through to completion according to customer specifications.

• Execute production tasks such as processing customer orders in an efficient, accurate manner, paying close attention to detail and instructions, and following proper production procedures (set up, quality control, and finishing).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver assigned jobs on time with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure the safe and proper use of all store equipment, and inform management of any maintenance issues regarding the equipment.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment, following all company protocols for safety and reporting any unsafe conditions to a manager.

• 1-2 Years in a print production environment.
• Working toward or successful completion of high school is preferred.

• Demonstrate skills with computers and Microsoft software applications would be an asset.
• Demonstrate technical capability and knowledge working with print and finishing equipment.
• Can engage appropriately and work as part of a team.
