We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team.

Reporting to the Team Leader and Foreman, the Industrial Painter performs various painting-related tasks, including applying powder coating, carrying out colour changes, maintaining equipment, inspecting finished work, and following company procedures and quality standards.

• Apply powder coating using the electrostatic process.
• Push and pull racks with parts in and out of convection ovens.
• Perform colour changes as required.
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Self-inspect completed work to ensure quality standards.
• Diagnose and resolve application, surface treatment, and curing issues.
• Conduct quality inspections of painted parts.
• Maintain inventory of paints and related components.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate in French.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Comfortable working in hot environments (especially in summer).
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset.

• High School Diploma (Secondary
  5).
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Training and experience in electrostatic painting.
• Availability for overtime work.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle, if required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
