What we expect from you

As an Operations Manager, your main mission is to ensure the store’s proper and effective functioning at the service of sales and customers.

• Organize the store operations based on KPIs
• Manage and optimize the productivity of all resources
• Organize and supervise front‑end processes
• Manage the stockroom inventory and flow of goods
• Supervise and execute replenishment
• Collaborate with department managers on commercial operations
• Continuously train teams on proper procedures and standards
• Develop, acknowledge and provide constructive feedback for the evolution of teams
• Responsible for compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention, and health and safety at work
