POSITION

DESCRIPTION:

Le Renoir, a welcoming seniors' residence, is currently seeking a Heavy Housekeeping Attendant to join its team. Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week, day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and one weekend out of two.

ROLE AND

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

All other related tasks
Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
Clean entryways and common areas
Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
Clear and salt the entrances
Keep the work environment clean
Maintain and clean the premises
Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
Remove snow and ice on sidewalks
Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
Taking out the trash
Wash windows in common areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience
Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
