Position: Intermediate Scrum Master to coordinate stakeholders and run sprints for a data migration and sustai
Our valued client is looking for  Intermediate Scrum Masters to coordinate with stakeholders and run sprints, ceremonies, etc. for data migration and sustainment initiatives

Tasks include:
Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs
Facilitate Agile/Scrum Ceremonies and lead/organize team meetings focused on planning, progress updates, reviews, and retrospectives
Remove Impediments, identifying and removing any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress
As priorities change, support re-prioritization efforts, coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, etc.
Work on 2-week sprint basis, overseeing and understanding objectives to make sure work is completed and obstacles are removed
Split time between a team responsible for sustainment and small enhancements to legacy data environment (on premise) and migration to cloud environment

Must have:
Eligible for reliability clearance
7 years' experience as a Project Manager and/or  Scrum Master  , with recent experience as a Scrum Master
Prior experience working on  Database teams/projects
Jira or Azure Dev Ops

Nice to have:
Project Planning using MS Project
Experience supporting the decommission of data marts, and supporting a move to cloud solutions (eg: Azure, Databricks, Power Bi, etc.)
