Quality Assurance Analyst - System

• Work with the technical team and business partners to create User Stories, Test cases and Test Plans.
• Write clear and structured documentation (Test Result documentation).
• Provide high-level estimates based on the requirements established for the different customers' projects.
• Work in a collaborative team to identify and resolve issues.

• 3+ years of experience as QA Analyst creating and executing user stories and test cases.
• Strong understanding of Windows network protocols, SQL configuration, firewall management and microservices architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to perform hardware integration testing and validate the technical handshake between physical devices and software applications.
• Experience with software deployments and hardware configuration on Windows environments.
• Expertise in validating in-store retail integrations is an asset.

• MS Azure Dev Ops (Software development tool)
• MS, SQL, DB Server Management
• Azure Pipeline & Python IS A PLUS (for TEST Automation)
• Google Workplace (Doc, Sheets, chat, etc.)
• Tools:
  Git Hub (dev tool) & MS Suites.
