Senior back End Developer

A career as a senior back-end developer in the Cloud Platforms and Services Management team at National Bank means acting as a Dev Ops expert at the heart of digital transformation. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization thanks to your development expertise, advanced experience with AWS and its native services, and your mastery of CI/CD environments.

Your role
Develop and support an integrated platform enabling application teams to create secure solutions
Contribute to Cloud and Dev Sec Ops  tools by developing templates or participating in other teams’ code (inner sourcing)
Propose innovative ideas that will become features or products
Develop in Python, Terraform, and Bash across various codebases
Participate in Agile ceremonies to define priorities, prepare stories, and suggest new features with a product-oriented approach
Guide and influence clients in the use of our products

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
5 to 10 years of experience in Python and Terraform development as well as Cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure)
Proficiency with tools such as Github, EKS, Hashicorp Vault, TFC, Datadog, and Splunk
Knowledge of software development best practices
AWS certification
Experience in continuous integration and deployment
Strong collaboration skills, autonomy, creativity, and ability to influence
