The Senior Delivery Manager contributes to the overall success of HR Path by providing leadership on client support activities and team member management. The Senior Delivery Manager includes delivery of functional and technical services for the SAP, Success Factors, Workday, Workforce and UKG HRIS solutions.

Your responsibilities will involve:
Participate to the AMS Team Management and practice decisionsEnsure effective AMS delivery and manage transitions to Application Maintenance servicesStreamline request and ticketing systems while monitoring bank of hours and support activitiesOversee software release management and client reviewsHandle project estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and invoicingParticipate to Sales cycle by providing support to the sales team for AMS service proposalsMaintain high-quality AMS documentation and provide billable functional or/and technical servicesAct as a senior resource to support team development.Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in integration and technical software implementation servicesAbility to lead and influenceExcellent diplomatic and negotiation skillsAbility to work on simultaneous assignments and prioritizeUniversity degree in Computer Science, Management or related fieldOur clients are located both in Quebec and outside Quebec, so you may be required to work in both French and English to meet their needs.WHAT WE OFFER
