- Provide short-term counselling (3 to 6 sessions) to a diverse set of clients in person, by phone or through video.
- Manage the administrative requirements of cases using simple clinical templates, making note-taking easy.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or human relations.
- Member in good standing of the Ordre professionnel des psychologues du Québec or possess a psychotherapist's license.
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
- Ability to set short-term objectives and use a solution-focused approach.
- Empathetic and capable of clinically managing high-risk cases.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients.
- Good knowledge of community resources.
- Proficiency in French is required; bilingualism is an asset.
