Mission   I am looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Director for a food company in Laval.

Your tasks will include:

-Establishing and adjusting sales prices: structuring pricing models, overseeing annual reviews, and analyzing the impact on profitability, volumes, and mix.
-Overseeing customer discounts and commercial programs, ensuring compliance and efficiency, and reducing financial losses.
-Analyzing product performance and standard margins, making recommendations to optimize profitability and product mix.
-Leading financial planning, budgets, and forecasts, and producing monthly and quarterly analyses.
-Develop analytical tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to improve data integrity and process efficiency.
-Act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and operations, and contribute to financial integration projects and commercial initiatives.
-Coach and develop the receivable teams, strengthen financial practices, and optimize internal processes.

Your profile

Your profile:

-CPA required
-Experience in retail and the food industry required
-Proven experience in pricing and margin management.
-Excellent analytical and communication skills, bilingual in French/English.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP B1, JDE, or Power BI is an asset.
