Our customer, a specialist in ventilation, air conditioning and heating, is looking for a Project Manager for their HVAC projects.
Lead the planning and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met;Maintain regular communication with team members and external stakeholders;Manage project changes and adjust plans accordingly;Work closely with technical teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure effective coordination of project activities;Understand HVAC systems, industry standards and related technologies;Site visits mainly in the Greater Montreal area (40% to 50%).Requirements:
DEC or Bachelors's in Mechanical or Building Engineering;At least 2 years of experience in HVAC project management;Experience in ventilation and HVAC installation;Experience in customer service or relationship management;Excellent knowledge of project management tools (MS Office, ERP or Maestro, etc.);Valid driver's license;French.
