Here’s what Navada offers you as CHALLENGES:
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
Assess client needs and resources to ensure optimal service delivery
Analyze and develop the commercial potential of accounts while identifying new business opportunities
Use your technical knowledge in building systems to advise clients, recommend tailored solutions, and prepare proposals for replacements or system improvements
Respond to client inquiries efficiently and professionally
Develop a strong understanding of existing preventive maintenance contracts to proactively optimize their profitability
Actively participate in the proposal process related to contract renewals and enhancements
Ensure that the profitability of each account is maintained or increased by identifying new preventive maintenance service opportunities
Manage all aspects of client relationships and coordinate needs with internal departments (maintenance, estimation, dispatch, etc.)
Your profile:
Degree in Building Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical building components
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong communication skills in both English and French (oral and written)
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
