• Minimum 5 years in senior Product Owner/Product Manager roles, with direct accountability for business outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in prioritizing business deliverables and driving measurable business value
• Proven track record of engaging with senior business leaders and aligning product features with organizational goals
• Deep understanding of financial accounting standards, legal regulations, and risk management in a business context
• Candidates must provide specific examples of business impact (e.g., revenue growth, cost reduction, risk mitigation)
• Change Management:
  Experience leading business transformation initiatives
• Professional certifications in Product Ownership, risk management, financial accounting, or legal compliance (e.g., CSPO, CPA, CFA, FRM, CISA, MBA, PMP)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Azure Dev Ops)
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements and standards
• Experience in business transformation or change management
