Our client is looking for a Technical Account Manager for its CASE (Coatings Adhesives Sealants Elastomers) division in Quebec.
Our client represents the world's leading value-added suppliers. Quebec is a strategic region for our client, experiencing strong growth and playing a key role in its continued expansion. Their objective is to further develop the CASE division.
Your main responsibilities will be to maintain regular contact with manufacturing industry clients and build relationships with R&D departments, purchasing departments, and key decision-makers. You will maintain relationships with additive suppliers and also target new suppliers who may use specialty additives such as theirs. Working with customers, suppliers, and the team, you will be responsible for growing, leading, and implementing technical CASE solutions.
Skills and qualifications :
The selected candidate must be fluent in spoken and written French and English. The Technical Account Manager must be mobile to travel throughout the province and the United States to participate in training and trade shows. The ideal candidate must demonstrate initiative and a desire to successfully grow products and customer base. They must have technical experience in R&D or relevant experience in the plastic/rubber additives sector.
Key requirements include a minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in selling CASE products, a degree in chemistry or science, and a strong motivation to further develop knowledge and skills in this business area.
