The Role

As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be a catalyst for operational excellence, and your pivotal role will directly impact our operational partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the guardian of operational fluidity, ensuring our service level objectives are met and strengthening our image with partners.
  • Lead real‑time schedule transformation, enabling the team to maximize performance and shine through efficiency.
  • Raise our standards by designing innovative strategies to anticipate needs and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration by generating analyses to drive operational improvement.
  • Protect and maintain operational harmony by acting as the first point of contact, providing clear and efficient support to users.
What You Bring To The Table
  • A passion and vision for innovation and leadership, reinforced by your studies in business, mathematics, or economics.
  • Experience in workforce planning that demonstrates your ability to be a pillar for the team.
  • Proficiency with technical tools as assets to fuel growth and proactivity.
  • Persuasive communication and sharp time management skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) – you must interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but you must have authorization to work in Canada.
