AboutThe Role

You will play a crucial role in shaping our customers’ experiences and supporting the continued growth of our company and brand. As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be a catalyst for operational excellence, and your pivotal role will directly impact our operational partners.
What You’ll Do- Be the guardian of operational fluidity, ensuring our service level objectives are met and strengthening our image with partners.
- Lead real‑time schedule transformation, enabling the team to maximize performance and shine through efficiency.
- Raise our standards by designing innovative strategies to anticipate needs and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration by generating analyses to drive operational improvement.
- Protect and maintain operational harmony by acting as the first point of contact, providing clear and efficient support to users.
- A passion and vision for innovation and leadership, reinforced by your studies in business, mathematics, or economics.
- Experience in workforce planning that demonstrates your ability to be a pillar for the team.
- Proficiency with technical tools as assets to fuel growth and proactivity.
- Persuasive communication and sharp time management skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Bilingualism (French/English) – you must interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required, but you must have authorization to work in Canada.
