The Trésor Agency is seeking an Accounting Clerk to work in Laval.
Part-time
Hours:
9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (2 or 3 days per week)
Salary:
Starting at $25
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Maintain accounting records
• Prepare QST/GST returns
• Prepare T4/R1 termination slips
• Prepare and send Records of Employment
• Possess knowledge of payment systems
• Process accounts payable and receivable data
• Issue and send invoices to clients on time
• Process customer invoices and collections
• Manage the complete accounts payable cycle: receiving, validating, coding, and entering invoices
• Prepare supplier payments according to deadlines
• Other related tasks
Exigences du poste:• 2 to 3 years of accounting experience, including accounts payable and receivable
• College diploma (DEC) in accounting or equivalent
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written), functional English / Spanish an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel and Word
•
In-depth knowledge of Sage 300 software
• Rigor, organization, autonomy, and teamwork
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
