· E DE PROBATION à 100% pour travailler au sein de la prison du Bois-Mermet. Vous aurez pour mission d'accompagner les personnes détenues et de préparer leur réinsertion en collaboration avec diverses autorités. Ce rôle nécessite une formation en travail social et une bonne capacité rédactionnelle. Le contrat proposé est celui de l'Etat de Vaud avec une entrée en fonction au 1er mai 2026.
