We are hiring on behalf of an international B2B technology company operating at the intersection of sustainability, supply chain, and regulatory compliance. The organization supports large enterprises in highly complex industries by providing digital solutions that enable end-to-end visibility, reliable environmental data, and compliance with evolving sustainability regulations.

About the Role:

Enterprise Sales Executive (B2B/Sustainability)

As a Senior Sales Account Executive
, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the French market, with a focus on the construction and energy sectors.

This is a hands-on, consultative sales role, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will work with large enterprise clients on complex, high-value projects related to sustainability, supply chain transparency, and regulatory compliance, collaborating closely with internal technical and subject‑matter experts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand the French market by acquiring new enterprise and key accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closing
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across procurement, sustainability/ESG, compliance, and risk
  • Understand client challenges related to supply chains, sustainability, and regulations
  • Present complex technical solutions in a clear, value‑driven business context
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored client solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong, structured sales pipeline
  • Represent the company at industry events and professional forums
  • Monitor trends competitor activity, and regulatory developments
Your Profile:

✅ 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development

✅ Native‑level French and professional working proficiency in English

✅ Proven experience working with large companies and complex contracts

✅ Exposure to the construction and/or energy sector

✅ Experience selling SaaS, compliance, sustainability, or technical solutions

✅ Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with strong ownership mentality
