Senior QA Suppliers Consultant

We are looking for a Senior QA Suppliers (CMO) professional to join our teams near Lausanne and Geneva.

You will support quality oversight of drug substance/drug product manufacturing and tech transfer activities across several international sites.

• Act as the main interface with CMO partners and key suppliers, ensuring alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality aspects of drug substance/drug product manufacturing, including review of documentation, deviations, change controls, and batch records.
• Support tech transfer and PPQ (Process Performance Qualification) activities for new products.
• Ensure quality agreements and supplier quality systems are in place and effectively implemented.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, process engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure product and process compliance.
• Contribute to audits, supplier evaluations, and continuous improvement of quality processes.

• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Supplier role within the biopharmaceutical industry (biotech products)
• Strong understanding of drug substance manufacturing processes and CMO management.
• A good knowledge of drug product manufacturing processses and CMO management is a plus.
• Experience with tech transfer and PPQ activities.
• Solid knowledge of GMP and international quality standards.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pragmatic and collaborative approach.
