The Growth Office Marketing department mission is to co-create an environment for EHL units and marketers to succeed in their business growth objectives. Web Content Coordinator

The mission of the Web Content Coordinator is to ensure a consistent and high-quality digital presence by coordinating and governing content across platforms. They manage, edit, and optimize web content to align with brand tone, style, and messaging while supporting UX and SEO. The role requires hands‑on CMS work combined with strong editorial skills to review and adapt texts. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to maintain coherence and quality.

Positioned between content, business, and technology, the role contributes to daily operations and continuous improvement of the EHL digital ecosystem.

What will you do?
  • Actively participate in web projects and initiatives.
  • Work hands‑on in the CMS to publish, update, and restructure content across multiple platforms and languages.
  • Review and edit copy to ensure tone, style, and messaging consistency, in collaboration with copywriters and translators.
  • Implement and maintain content governance models, balancing agility for business units with centralized oversight and validation.
  • Continuously monitor websites to identify outdated content, issues (bugs, broken links), and assist with fixes.
  • Optimize user experience and online journey to elevate the EHL brand experience.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to align on business goals and ensure centralized content governance.
  • Support SEO best practices and quality assurance for all published content.
Who you are?
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, digital marketing, mediamatics, or equivalent experience.
  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience in digital content management or digital project coordination.
  • You have strong knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML integration.
  • You have the ability to review, edit, and harmonize copy across styles and languages.
  • You are comfortable collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • You have a solid understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and brand tone.
  • You have a good eye for layout and visual coherence; design skills are a plus.
  • You are well-organized, autonomous, proactive.
  • You are fluent in French and English (German is highly desirable).
