Project Manager - Banking

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in banking sector for a client based in Lausanne.

Gather and define business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Define project objectives, scope, planning, and deliverables.

Coordinate IT teams, business units, and external vendors.

Monitor budget and provide progress reporting.

Manage risks and arbitrate priorities.

Organize and lead project steering committees.

Contribute to implementation or enhancement projects related to banking CRM solutions.

Participate in initiatives involving core banking systems.

Assess organizational and operational impacts.

Support users during testing (UAT) and deployment phases.

Translate business needs into functional specifications.

Facilitate workshops and working sessions.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.

Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Analyze client-oriented processes (front, middle and back office).

Identify optimization opportunities.

Propose pragmatic solutions to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Approximately 10 years of experience in the banking sector.

Proven experience managing cross-functional banking projects.

Practical exposure to banking CRM and/or core banking environments (strong asset).

Good understanding of banking operations (front, middle, or back office).

Solid understanding of project management methodologies.

Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, senior management).

Strong client orientation and business awareness.
