IT Consultant, IT Project Manager
As a Senior Technical Consultant – ITSM/CSM in the Swiss market, you will design and deliver enterprise‑grade Service Now solutions for clients in the French‑speaking region. You ensure quality, stability, and innovation across ITSM, CSM, and platform‑wide implementations.
Your Responsibilities- Lead full‑cycle ITSM implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, SLAs).
- Lead CSM implementations (Case, Omni‑Channel, Playbooks, Knowledge, Communities).
- Conduct workshops and define future‑state process and technical designs.
- Configure, script, and build scalable Service Now solutions.
- Develop integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting assets.
- Support CMDB modelling and operational service excellence.
- Provide senior technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Strengthen our Swiss market presence through high‑quality delivery.
- 5+ years of Service Now experience in ITSM and/or CSM.
- Deep understanding of enterprise service management processes.
- Strong configuration, scripting, and integration experience.
- Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑CSM, CAD) preferred.
- Fluent French & English required;
German optional. - Based in or willing to collaborate closely with customers in Lausanne.
