Une administration publique régionale à Lausanne recherche un(e) technicien(ne) support utilisateur pour assurer le support technique de 1er et 2e niveau au sein de son secteur IT. En rejoignant cette équipe, vous conseillerez les utilisateurs sur les choix matériels et leur fonctionnement. Ce rôle nécessite un sens aigu du service public et contribue à la sécurité et à la cohésion sociale.
