Senior Back-End Engineer - TypeScript​/Rust

Your Mission

• Architect and implement high-reliability backend services (using Type Script & Rust) that support core blockchain-enabled products.
• Build APIs, data pipelines, and internal tooling to streamline platform scalability and performance.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle"”from system design to testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure consistent, secure, and robust system behavior.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops automation.
• Continuously improve code quality, performance benchmarks, and developer experience.

  Type Script (Node.js-based microservices), Rust (growing footprint)
• Web3 / Smart Contracts:
  Solidity (EVM), Hardhat, multi-chain deployments (ETH, BSC, Arbitrum, etc.)
• API / Data:

• Infra & Dev Ops: AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, Git Hub Actions, CI/CD, monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana
• Frontend:

• Must-have:
  Strong experience in backend engineering with Type Script in production environments.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, containerized infrastructure and Web3 products.
• Interest in Rust and motivation to upskill in a Web3/Rust-native ecosystem.
• Familiarity with modern Dev Ops tools and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments with a high degree of autonomy.

• Prior exposure to DeFi or blockchain technologies.
• Experience with protocol integrations or backend systems interacting with smart contracts.
• Understanding of high-availability systems and performance optimization.
