Description du poste Responsabilités clés
- Management et montée en compétences de l'équipe
- Pilotage opérationnel des infrastructures LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi / Datacenter
- Supervision des incidents complexes (N3) et de la performance réseau
- Contribution à l'architecture, aux standards et à la sécurité (L4/L7, NAC, segmentation)
- Coordination avec les équipes systèmes, sécurité et partenaires externes
- Solide expérience réseau & sécurité (10 ans+)
- Première expérience réussie en lead / management d'équipe
- Excellente maîtrise Cisco (routage / switching, firewall)
- Certifications CCNA / CCNP appréciées
- Leadership, rigueur et sens du service
- Lieu de travail :
Canton de Vaud - Démarrage : Dès que possible
- Type de contrat : CDI Contrat Permanent
