Senior AI Product Manager (High-impact AI Product – Enterprise SaaS) Salary: CHF 160,000 – 180,000 CHF

Kura is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth Technology company for a Senior Product Manager to join at an important stage and they adopt their AI transformation strategy which will transform how they serve customers.

Are you a Product Manager with 0-1 experience?

Are you coming from an AI background where you’ve developed agentic AI products such as chatbots to better serve customers?

Do you enjoy leading strategy, aligning teams while bringing game-changing products to market with an entrepreneurial flair?

• Play a key part in the early phases of this AI product prior to market release
• Collaborate with customers through structured discovery sessions gaining insights and value
• Communicate and align closely with cross-functional departments (Software Engineering, Design, Data Science) to delivery scalable, reliable and employee centric AI capabilities
• Own the strategy and road map – setting, tracking and optimising goals and metrics
• Update and present to C-Suite frequently along the product journey
• Keep ahead of operational trends, market / competitor research

• Proven track record of scaling SaaS products from early-stage to wide adoption.
• Can demonstrate evidence in developing AI products with an ability to balance technical depth, usability and reliability
• Proven experience delivering complex, high-impact products at enterprise scale, balancing technical depth, usability, and reliability.
• Exceptional strategic thinking - able to define a product vision and rally teams around it.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you thrive in ambiguity, make smart bets, and know how to create market impact quickly.
• Deep experience working closely with customers and translating feedback into world-class product experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas simply to diverse stakeholders.
