Application Support Manager

Job Description

Due to our continued success in onboarding new clients onto our innovative wealth management ecosystem, we are expanding and looking for an Application & Support Manager (L2 & L3 Support) in our headquarters in Lausanne. As an Application & Support Manager, you’ll lead the technical integration of our software/products in our client’s environment. Working closely with the client's technical teams and project managers, you will drive the integration of our product onto our client’s infrastructure (cloud and on-premise) as well as regular version upgrades.

• Support the client in the implementation of the necessary infrastructure
• Manage and configure application releases (deployments and upgrades) or guide the customer to do so
• Configure the application according to the requirements provided by the client/ Assist client application management teams in the application setup
• Proactively participate in the technical discussions with the client on infrastructure changes and upgrades
• Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions to be taken / or support the client in this task.
• If necessary, liaise with the Evooq product development teams

• Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients
• Track progress, manage risk and issues, and provide regular status updates for version upgrades
