We’re looking for a Blockchain Developer to join a passionate team building next-generation DeFi solutions in Lausanne within a dynamic, international, and fast‑paced environment. If you’re driven by innovation and want to work on real Web3 products that push the boundaries of decentralized finance, this role is for you.

• Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts within a DeFi ecosystem.
• Manage the full lifecycle of blockchain features — from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to build scalable blockchain integrations (mainly Ethereum).
• Conduct testing (unit, fuzzing) to ensure performance and security.
• Continuously improve blockchain infrastructure and development processes and stay up to date with the latest Web3 / De Fi trends and technologies.

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain or Web3 development (DeFi preferred).
• Proven expertise in Solidity and EVM-based smart contract development.
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and on‑chain logic.
• Solid background in software engineering and clean coding practices.
• Fluent in English and French a big plus.
• Agile mindset, autonomy, and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
