LE POSTE
Vous intégrez une équipe dédiée aux soins de qualité et au bien‑être des résidents en EMS et CMS. Vous serez chargé(e) de :
- Dispenser des soins infirmiers variés (soins courants, techniques spécifiques, accompagnement personnalisé).
- Participer activement à l'élaboration et au suivi des projets, des soins individualisés.
- Assurer une communication bienveillante avec les résidents, leurs familles et les équipes pluridisciplinaires.
- S'assurer de l'application des protocoles de soins et d'hygiène.
