We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager to lead several technical projects, mainly in the field of utilities and industrial infrastructure (renovation or construction of technical buildings).
The role consists of ensuring the design, planning, and implementation of complex projects, while guaranteeing compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
The Engineering Project Manager will act as a technical reference and main coordinator, working closely with internal teams, engineering partners, and subcontractors.
Your responsibilities:- Lead the study, detailed design, and execution phases of the projects.
- Coordinate internal teams and external engineering firms.
- Ensure full project management: costs, scheduling, quality, risks, and communication.
- Oversee the preparation and validation of technical documents (URS, specifications, drawings).
- Ensure that projects comply with technical, safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for management, business partners, and service providers.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of project management practices aligned with PMO standards.
- Engineering degree (civil, mechanical, industrial) or equivalent Master’s level, with strong skills in work coordination.
- Significant experience in managing technical or industrial projects (minimum 5 years) in the pharmaceutical and/or chemical and/or biotech industry or similar industrial sectors within GMP environment.
- Good knowledge of industrial utilities, particularly clean & black utilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project and planning tools.
- Knowledge of EPC/EPCM models is an asset.
