To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Downstream Process Scientist to join strategic biopharmaceutical projects with our clients in the biotech field
. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge process development activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your Role
  • Develop and optimize downstream purification processes at laboratory scale
  • Conduct experimental work using chromatography systems and TFF/UFDF platforms
  • Lead process development and optimization activities with a high degree of autonomy
  • Analyze, interpret, and document experimental data, proposing continuous process improvements
  • Collaborate closely with development and manufacturing teams to support successful process transfer
  • Experience with hormone purification is a strong plus
Your Profile
  • Advanced degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Process Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 3–5+ years of experience in downstream processing within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Solid hands‑on expertise in chromatography and tangential flow filtration
  • Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and analytically minded
  • Knowledge of hormone‑related processes is an advantage
