Une entreprise de services à Lausanne cherche un(e) spécialiste en transformation et rénovation. Dans ce rôle, vous réaliserez des études de prix et analysera des dossiers d’appels d’offres. Idéalement, vous avez un diplôme HES en génie civil avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience. La maîtrise des outils informatiques, y compris BIM, est cruciale. Une bonne communication et un sens relationnel fort seront requis pour le suivi commercial des projets.
