DFT Engineer - hybrid

We are a high-growth semiconductor technology company developing advanced, high-performance silicon solutions used in next-generation electronic systems. Our engineering teams work on complex designs at the cutting edge of speed, efficiency, and integration.

We’re looking for an experienced DFT Engineer to join our team in Switzerland (hybrid setup) and take ownership of design-for-test activities from implementation through silicon and production.

• Implement hierarchical scan and MBIST, including boundary scan
• Develop and run ATPG patterns, analyse fault coverage, and drive closure
• Perform timing-aware pattern simulations and resolve issues
• Define and analyse test mode timing constraints
• Create cycle-accurate functional patterns using IJTAG
• Collaborate with test and manufacturing teams during bring-up and volume production
• Support silicon debug and root-cause analysis

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in DFT implementation and verification
• Strong background in IJTAG methodologies, hierarchical scan, MBIST, and scan compression, ATPG for multiple fault models and coverage convergence
• Experience with DFT, timing, and simulation EDA tools
• Solid System Verilog knowledge
• Good scripting and automation skills
• Strong debugging ability and a collaborative, delivery‑focused mindset

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or similar
