• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
• Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
• Stay up to date with new products & company updates

• Fluent in French (C1-C2) & good English (B2+)
• Excellent communication & empathy skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon

• 1,000/month base (×14 months) +
  100 performance bonus (×12 months)
• 2,000 welcome bonus
