For this reason, we are looking for a Customer Experience Intern to our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will be part of the Customer Experience team and will be responsible for delivering a 5
* customer satisfaction. We strive to offer the best customer experience and your mission is to pursue our innovative, intuitive, and above all customer-oriented vision to provide our clients a unique experience.

Your mission
  • Constantly coach our Batmaids with care and cleverness.
  • Offer customized solutions to our clients.
  • Negotiate with agents and clients to fix last-minute issues.
  • Ensure 100% service satisfaction.
  • Work with the management team to solve complex cases.
  • Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development.
  • Become a pro in execution/time management/team playing and much more!
Your weapons
  • A sociable, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Fluent English and French, German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision. Humble, hard-working, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

  • 6-month full-time position. Starting December 2021 or January 2022.
