For this reason, we are looking for a Customer Experience Intern to our office in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will join the Customer Experience team and will be responsible for delivering a 5
* customer satisfaction. We strive to offer the best customer experience and your mission is to pursue our innovative, intuitive and above all customer‑oriented vision to provide our clients a unique experience.

Your mission
  • Constantly coach our Batmaids with care and cleverness
  • Offer customised solutions to our clients
  • Negotiate with agents and clients to fix last‑minute issues
  • Ensure 100% service satisfaction
  • Work with the management team to solve complex cases
  • Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development
  • Become a pro in execution/time management/team playing and much more!
Your weapons
  • A sociable, friendly and positive attitude.
  • Fluent English and German, French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Humble, hard‑working, self‑starter with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude.
