For this reason, we are looking for a Summer Intern to our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Your role is crucial as it makes our entire business work. We strive to offer the best customer experience and your mission is to pursue our innovative, intuitive and above all customer-oriented vision to provide our clients a unique 5
* experience.

Are you looking for a summer internship in an exciting environment to kickstart your career? Then this internship is for you! You will join one of our departments (Administration, Customer Experience, Business Development) and ensure excellence in our daily operations.

Some of your tasks may include:

• Client acquisition and retention.
• Support and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure 100% service satisfaction.
• Work with the management team to solve complex cases.
• Participate in projects for continuous improvement and process development.
• Become a pro in execution/time management/team playing and much more!

• A sociable, friendly and positive attitude.
• Fluent English and German or French. If you have all three, even better!
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Humble, hard-working, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
