Venture Architect - Startup Studio

Apolo is looking for a highly entrepreneur-minded person to help us scale new digital startups.

We are QoQa startup studio. Every year we are creating new startups and investing in external entrepreneurs. Over the last few years we have crafted our own methodology on how to create new startups from zero-to-ten. Our ambition is to help shape a strong Swiss ecosystem of digital startups with solid fundamentals and high chances of success. We are a small team of entrepreneurs-minded people with complementary skills, able to support a startup on most of its challenges.

As Venture Architect you will be a key player of our ecosystem. You will be in charge of generating new business ideas, of creating and launching new startups from scratch with the help of our methodology. You will also be in charge of supporting some of our early stage portfolio companies.

• Learn, embrace, and challenge our startup creation methodology
• Ability to jump between roles (coach, project manager, sales & marketing)
• Pitch Apolo externally
• Generate new business idea on a regular basis
• Coordinate the development of a first MVP of the product in a timely manner and at small cost.
• Sell the MVP to first clients (B2B and/or B2C)
• Run all operational work implied by the prototype.
• Pivot or kill any idea at any time if success criteria are not met

• Passionate about digital startups and business
• Skilled project manager working on tight deadlines
• Data-driven mindset and analytical thinker
• Enjoy working in an ever-evolving environment, every day is different
• Able to accept multiple failures, open to feedback, and self-improvement
• Communication skills & ability to present to various stakeholders
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital businesses
• Able to come to Bussigny 3 days a week
• Fluent in French and English
