Our client is active in the real estate sector in the Lausanne region. Now recruiting for a property accountant.
Responsibilities :
- Independently managing full-cycle property accounting, including closing procedures
- Accounting for mandate entries and exits
- Preparing specific reporting for clients
- Collaborating with and assisting property managers
Your profile :
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar fields
- Proficient writing skills in French; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to work autonomously
