ResponsibilitiesThe Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to patients who require restoration of physical and mental functioning in order to gain independence in self‑care and other activities. May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides.
Qualifications- Certificate or degree from an accredited occupational therapy school.
- Licensed by the state in which the Occupational Therapist resides or practices, if state requires.
- Has received certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).
- Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable).
