  • Monday: Clinic 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: Clinic 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: Clinic 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 24-hour onsite call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
  • Friday: Off
  • Patient Load:
    • 6-10 patients for half-day clinic
    • 15-20 patients for full-day clinic
  • Call Details:
    • Separate OBGYN and CNM call rooms
    • 2-3 deliveries per 24-hour shift
    • CNM planned for full 24-hour shift
Licenses, Certifications, and Experience
  • Board Certification: BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Required
  • State License: North Carolina - Required
    • IMLC accepted
    • Not willing to license
  • DEA: NC DEA - Required
  • Certifications: BLS - Required
  • Experience: Seasoned providers only; no new grads
  • EMR: EPIC - Required
Work Environment and Clinical Details
  • Setting: Hospital and hospital-owned practice
  • Support Staff: Clinical and clerical team; L&D nurses
  • Patient Volume: 15-20 patients/day
  • Patient Age Range: Primarily adults; includes OB/GYN patients under 18
  • Office Procedures:
    • LEEP
    • Endometrial biopsies
    • Colposcopy
    • IUD insertions
    • Dedicated procedure room available
  • Equipment: In-office lab; two ultrasound rooms with full-time sonographers
Role Summary for RecruitersThis role is best suited for a board-certified OBGYN comfortable working in a rural, fast-paced clinic and L&D environment. Provider must have an active NC license (IMLC acceptable), NC DEA, BLS, and be proficient with EPIC. This position includes weekly clinic coverage and a dedicated 24-hour onsite call shift.Allow Recruit Well to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
