Interior Superintendent - Commercial / Government / Multifamily

A respected and growing General Contractor is seeking an Interior Superintendent to join their team in the DC area. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day field operations for interior construction projects
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials to meet project timelines
• Lead and mentor project teams and field staff
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of interior construction experience (commercial, government, or multifamily)
• Proven ability to manage schedules and mentor others
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to solving challenges
