We’re looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are ready to step into a refreshed, resident-centered environment where your experience is valued and your voice is heard.

We are hiring for 12-hour shifts, with opportunities available on both day and night shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Supervises nursing care to residents
• Complies with state and Federal Regulations
• Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
• Maintains standards of professional nursing practice

• Required:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Required:
  
  Current licensure in the state of employment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
