Hourly Rate: $19.06-$19.44/hr

We are hiring Direct Support Professionals. Bancroft’s community-based residences foster a stable environment where individuals can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills.

Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years of age

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Minimum of six months related work experience OR Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, or related field

Desired Skills: Aspiration to work with autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals; prior experience preferred; effective verbal and written communication skills
